Ann Ford

Ann Ford especially enjoys the interaction with clients and customers. As a broker who has never solicited business, she has great success because of her deeply rooted belief that education is the key to success in any profession or business. Her commitment to high quality service and quick responses, her genuine concern for the clients and customers, her marketing and advertising skills, and the fact that more than 90% of her business comes from direct referrals are the keys to her success as a real estate broker. Following a career in the field of education, as a Principal, District Superintendent, and College Professor, Ann entered into real estate as a second profession. While working with the Office of Public Instruction, she developed and implemented the School/Business Partnership Program for the State of Montana . Ann Ford has returned to education part time as an adjunct professor with the University of Montana.

Energy and enthusiasm abound in her personal, as well as professional life. Ann draws on personal knowledge gained as the co-owner of the Rustics of Lindbergh Lake, a nationally known log home corporation. While there she sold homes to Liz Claiborne, Barbara Mandrell, Willie Nelson, Burl Ives, Eric Estrada and other celebrities.

As a Diplomat for the Chamber of Commerce, Ann has the opportunity to be wellinformed about the economics and growth of Helena which she passes on to her clients and customers.
